All images are custom printed to order on archive quality Photo Rag smooth matte paper, which gives extra brilliance to both colour and monochrome images. Photo Rag paper has a fine art appearance, which reduces reflections when the images are framed.
The Vivera pigment based inks have been lab tested to withstand light fading for 200 years, providing that sensible measures are taken to care for and protect the print whilst it is being displayed, so you can be confident that your print will keep its good looks and give you lasting pleasure over the years. These inks and papers give a considerable improvement on print longevity when compared to those produced using traditional darkroom methods.
The prints are produced from a high resolution file, to give an exceptional quality print with fine detail. It is impossible to show the true quality of a print on-line, as web images have to be low resolution compressed files to speed up image loading. However, you can make your purchase with confidence, as all prints are offered with a guarantee - if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund excluding postage. Please read our full return terms.
Images on the website may be protected by visible watermarks, but these watermarks will not appear on prints and cards, they are purely to protect the digital images. All images used on cards and prints are however protected by copyright and the photographer's copyright may be marked on the print or mount in a non-visible place. Normal copyright terms apply and cards and prints may not be copied, scanned or reproduced in any way.
All prints are supplied in window mounts made from good quality mount board which meets the 'commended' standard as specified by the Fine Art Guild. Mounts are an essential finishing touch for prints, as they help to protect them when they are framed and also give a stylish and professional appearance. Cheap mounts can damage a print very quickly, so the supply of a good quality mount means that your print will look good for years to come. The mounts are standard metric sizes, making your frame choice easy and cost effective.

Caring for Fine Art Photo Prints
If properly cared for, your fine art photo prints will continue to look good for many years and we hope they they will give you a lifetime of enjoyment.
Try to avoid touching the printed surface, as the coatings are easily damaged and marked. To frame the print, gently lift it by the edges and place it in your chosen frame.
Prints are shipped flat to protect the surface of the fine art paper, as the special emulsion on the paper can be very delicate. For this reason, it is important that your print is not rolled up, as this can cause fine cracks to appear on the surface.
Ideally, you should frame your print under glass or Plexiglass as soon as possible after receipt as this will keep it flat and clean and also provide some UV protection. It is recommended that the print is displayed out of direct sunlight, ideally away from heat sources such as radiators. If you are not able to frame your print straight away, we recommend that you keep it flat, in the box in which it was supplied.
Limited Edition PrintsWhere a print is part of a limited edition, the number of prints will be limited to the total specified in the description, regardless of print size. Greetings cards are excluded from this number. All limited edition prints are signed and numbered and supplied with a certificate of authentication. Other Prints
